This site presents DJ Leroy Entertainment's services. It does not sell online, collect a deposit or sign contracts.
Hosting: GoDaddy shared hosting. The exact hosting account details are those of the publisher's contract.
The copy, the name DJ Leroy Entertainment and the material added by the manager belong to the publisher or are used with the required permission. The initial photos are demonstration images (Unsplash) and must be removed before the public launch.

Cancellation and postponement:
The online request is not a contract. A contract exists only after DJ Leroy Entertainment confirms availability and terms in writing.
Cancellation by the client: at least 60 days before the event, no charge. From 59 to 30 days before, 50% of the agreed amount is due. Less than 30 days before, the full agreed amount is due.
Postponement: one new date may be proposed, subject to availability. No charge if requested at least 60 days before the event; otherwise administrative fees may apply.
Cancellation by DJ Leroy Entertainment: if the service cannot be provided for a reason other than force majeure, any amount already paid is refunded in full.
Force majeure: serious illness, death, severe weather, government decision or any other event beyond the parties' control. Obligations are then suspended or cancelled without penalty, and amounts paid for work not carried out are refunded.
